All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive email updates with confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United States: 3–7 business days
Worldwide: 5–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Responsibility After Shipping
Once a package is handed to the carrier, Fine Gal Skin is no longer responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

  • Carrier delays

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file any claims.

Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video

  • Photos of the damaged item & packaging

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

If proof is not provided, we cannot offer a replacement.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.
Orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer are not refundable or replaceable.
