Thank you for shopping with Fine Gal Skin. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages lost or stolen after shipment

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we can assist with a replacement only if the following proof is provided:

Required proof:

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

If proof is not provided within the time frame, a replacement will not be issued.

Allergic Reactions and Results
We do not issue refunds for personal results or allergic reactions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and performing a patch test before use.

Shipping Issues
Fine Gal Skin is not responsible for:

  • Delayed packages

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
